Just realized the other day how much Disney we have in our lives. I was driving DD and DS home from school. DD was wearing a MMouse sweatshirt with a MMouse t-shirt under it. And chances are her undies were either Lizzie McGuire or Disney Princesses. And DS had on a Buzz fleece top, Buzz light-up sneakers, was carrying a Buzz backpack, and probably had on either MMouse or Buzz undies!

I glanced down and realized I was wearing a Pooh shirt and probably had on MMouse sox.

When we got home they watched tv (probably Disney channel) and played computer games (Mickey saves the day or Buzz Lightyear). When they were done on the computer I had to check the Disboards!!

The dinner table conversation was either about our last trip to WDW or discussion about when our next trip will be. As usual, DH had to remind us that he scored in the "Galactic Hero" range when he rode on Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin!

That night I tucked my kids in...... DD in her to Princess room, complete with framed prints of Tinkerbelle, Cinderella, and Ariel, along with a large poster of all the princesses. She laid her head on her Pocohontas pillow and I tucked the Jasmine sheets and Cinderella comforter around her snugly.

Then into DS's room where I closed his Buzz and Zurg curtains, shut off the "flying" Buzz he has over his bed. Then I made sure to fluff up his Buzz pillow and pulled up his Buzz sheets. I made sure he had his snuggly Tigger fleece blanket and he brought his Peter Pan doll to bed. He also has a Buzz, Woody and Jessie print over the head of his bed and a poster-size photo of himself and DH riding the Buzz ride at WDW over the side of his bed, topped by a Buzz Lightyear SRS pennant. I read to him from his "Disney Adventure Stories" book before kissing him good night.

My "before-bed" reading material that night was about 20 pages of information I had printed off of the Mousesavers.com website about planning a Disney cruise. After reading and highlighting the important parts, I put it aside for DH to read. Then I checked to see if I had any messages from the Disboards and went to bed!!

NOW THAT IS JUST A TYPICAL DAY!! :earseek: How much DISNEY is in your world?  ....................P

Oh I think I went off the deep end the other day coming home from work I was behind a jeep that has the tire carrier mounted on the rear of the vehicle and in the twilight I was thinking how much it looked like a hidden Mickey with the head rests from the seats making up Mickeys ears. :earsboy:

My first thought was....and your point is what??? But I will be good & just answer your question. ;)

We are sooooooo Disney'd in our family that not only do my kids wear Disney clothes all the time (except for school ~ have to wear uniforms) & so does my DH for that matter (except for work). I am currently wearing a Pooh tee-shirt & have all kinds of Disney stuff in our van & hanging from the rear view mirror. If anyone gives me a gift, it's almost always Disney related. I have a Disney something in every room in our house & I catch myself trying to find 'hidden Mickey's' in non-Disney things. I have Mickey head shaped soaps in my bathrooms, as well as Mickey shower gel. If I make pancakes, I shape them like Mickey, etc...I could go on & on....but it's fun!

Mickey house..Mickey office..Mickey wardrobe..and of course the Mickeymobile...

Our apartment is pretty Disney-fied. We have a large framed/matted poster of the Grand Floridian (the same poster that hangs in the GF rooms that they sell in their gift shop) above our sofa. We have two framed watercolors of the GF and the BWI in our dining room. We have a Mickey Mouse clock and picture of us at WDW in our bedroom. We also have a really cute Mickey and Minnie figurine we received as a wedding gift in our living room. Not to mention the picture screen we have with pictures from a bunch of my WDW trips. The master bathroom has a tropical/safari theme, so I have framed pictures from Kilimanjaro Safari and hung them in the bathroom. The office pretty much has Disney pictures everywhere. I have a Mickey Mouse desk set, clock, bank, picture frames, etc. covering my desk. DH has a picture of Mickey and the American flag over his desk. We also have a framed picture of the Wedding Pavilion in the office. Some pictures of the Grand Floridian from one of my trips hang in the guest bathroom. So yep, our home is pretty Disneyed out!

I actually don't wear much in the way of Disney clothes, but DH has lots of Mickey ties.

But getting there....I have a MM tile cut out on my new tile floor in my room, plus I wear a Disney Charm everyday, and use my WDW Laynard as a key chain.:o ;)

Everyday of my life is Disney! I cleaned out our hall closet the other day and yes, it's a very big closet it took me 5 hours to clean. I found LOTS of Disney thing in there. I walked into DS (3months) room and his entire room is Pooh and friends. DD's (5) room is entirely dedicated to the Disney Princesses. DH and I have pic of previous Disney trips hanging all over our room and throughout the house. Most of my night shirts are of some form Disney character. Oh and our daily conversations around the house revolve around DISNEY! I go to work and my desk is decked out in Disney stuff. My SIL and I talk everyday (she lives in Boston) whether, it's via email or phone and our conversations start out as a Disney conversation, then it turns into something else, but always finds it self back to Disney! Our worlds come to a complete halt (figureativley) until after our annual Disney trip in August! But three-four months later we find ourselves back in the same Disney boat!

DD watches the Disney channel all of the time and DS loves to watch Rolie Polie Olie for some reason (but he's only three months).

So I say pretty much Disney is always on the brain! Can't you tell, I'm on the Disboards!

Let's see where to start. My whole kitchen is Mickey Mouse, everything: the sink strainers, silverware, dishes, cups, paper towel holder, dish drainer, toaster, waffle maker, sandwich maker, cookie press (waffle cookie for ice cream cones), colender, magnets, clock. And that's just the kitchen. I have all the Disney games out. My computer background is Mickey, and so is my mouse pad, Also I have stick on mickey parts for my computer. & a Mickey desk set. I have the 100 yrs blanket hanging on the wall in the living room. I think almost all my picture frames are Mickey. My alarm clock and cordless phone are Mickey. And soooooo much more, too much to list.

Every gift I get is usually Mickey or something else Disney.

There is no such thing as too much Disney. I just wish i could find a guy that thinks the same way. LOL

I know 2 guys that think that way, the Disney tattoo guy and me,,but we're both old enough to be your father and both married..

Ds's sleep in a Toy Story bedroom. Oldest ds has about a large Buzz t-shirts collection. DD has an angel Minnie Mouse with her Guest of Honor badge on a shelf in her room. I have Mickey's in my bedroom, my bathroom, and my living room. There is a lot of Mickey in mine & dh's casual clothes and I'm often seen wearing my Mickey watch and Tinkerbell earrings.

We have quite a bit of Disney stuff here at the house(and some in our offices) but it's fairly subtle. Last trip to WDW just before Christmas(our fourth visit in two years) while walking through a store on Main St., I realized...THIS SHOP LOOKS LIKE MY CLOSET:earseek: I had purchased so many ::MickeyMo clothes, and returned to WDW so regularly, I was seeing many of the things I had at home:D

Someday my prince (or mouse lover LOL) will come.......

Just wanted to bump this up.

MICKEY88: LOVE THE CAR!!!

My life revolves around Disney World and I love every minute of it! ::yes::

:D

I don't know where to begin as far as Disney being part of my world.

I have a tattoo of Mickey Mouse on my right arm. It's his icon with the word Disney underneath in the Disney font.

On an everyday basis, I wear Mickey Mouse boxers. Not the most sexy thing to wear, but my girlfriend thinks they're sexy and I think they're comfy.

I have a good amount of Mickey t-shirts, sweatshirts, and a WDW fleece sweatshirt. As a matter of fact, I have a mickey sweatshirt on right now, with a mickey t-shirt underneath.

My bedroom is primarily Disney oriented, with one wall totally covered in Mickey posters accumulated over the years during my visits to WDW, especially the Art of Disney at Downtown Disney. Now that I think of it, all 4 walls have something Disney on them, whether it be a piece of artwork, a shelf covered with Disney items, or anything else.

My DVD collection is almost 50% Disney.

My girlfriend is thankfully a Disney fanatic like me. She is a Pooh fan, but she actually wants a Mickey Comforter that she has been waiting to go on sale. She said would love to have Mickey and Pooh tastefully spread throughout our home when we have one of our own. We both like the dining sets that are in the catalog and almost everything else for the home in the catalog.

We both would like to go to WDW every year after we're married...actually, we'd like to start being able to do that now, but her parents are very traditional and don't think we should go on vacation alone until we're married.

Disney is as much a part of my life now as it was when I was younger, if not more. I hope it continues to increase as I get older and have children of my own. Could you ask for a better life? I doubt it.
