How much can I fit in the fridge in my CSR room?

We all drink a lot of milk and I want to have my own stock in the fridge. Will I have room for a gallon jug? Or should I get 2 half gallons? Could I fit 3 half gallons? I'll also want to put some water bottles and juice bottles in there.

It's a standard "dorm sized" refrigerator.

If you remove the shelves, you should be able to fit in 3 1/2 gallons of milk, some bottled water in the door and juice boxes on the ledge behind the milk.

Thank you! I may only do 2 to start with just so I know I have enough room for the water and juice and to be sure that everything stays the proper temp.

We had a gallon of milk, several juice boxes and then in the door we put 4 - 5 bottles of water. I was surprised that I could get a gallon in there, and there was still room for an occasional dinner leftover...

To be honest, you can get 3 half gallons in the door bottom shelf. You STILL have the entire interior of the fridge for other things. It's not the little square dorm fridge, it's the bigger (say 36" or so tall) nightstand size...with NO FREEZER! You can really get quite a bit inside. We had a delivery from gardengrocer.com and I had taken a folding cooler in case it all wouldn't fit in the fridge, but it did!

We must of have at least 12 16oz bottle of water, a six pack of drinkable yogurt, a quart of milk, 3 milk jug size of chocolate milk in our refrigerator last week.

I turned the temperature to the highest setting and adjared the opening of the refrigerator cabinet. Left the cabinet door open when we were gone for the day.

Caroline1851: The Moderate and Deluxe resorts all have refrigerators in the rooms. The Values do not, but you can request one for about $10/day. Some of the DIS-ers also have a couple of "fridge swaps" going on at the Value resorts where small fridges are passed from DIS-er to DIS-er.

We just got back from CSR and this is what I had in the fridge:

10 glass bottles of beer, 10 water bottles (some in door, some in shelves), one 1/2 gallon jug of iced tea, and about 9 cans of soda. I also had a ziploc bag with about 5 Uncrustables in it as well.

We got back a few days ago. We had a lot of sandwiches and drinks to put in so we put the fridge on the coolest setting--and some of our salad froze! Unfortunately our fridge door was missing all of the wire holders which cut down on space for bottled water etc.

All Deluxes and Mods have refrigerators in their rooms. You have to pay extra per night at the Values for them.
