How much are the standard meal vouchers worth?

We have the standard meal voucher and would like to use it at some of the table services places instead of the buffets. I know we would pay the difference but what value(or dollar amount) do you get for turning in the voucher? ie... how much are the standard vouchers worth?

Standard for an adult is £21 and for a child £11 until 31st March. Then it's £22 and £12 until March 23rd next year. Then £24 and £14 after that.

Standard vouchers are worth €27 & €14 (adult & child) until 23rd March, after that their face value will be €28 & €15
