how many value rooms at akv?

im wondering how many value rooms are at akv? how hard is it to get . i have points at akv and bwv. trying to figure out if there are more std rooms at bwv vs akl.

im thinking there are less value rooms. which ressie ineed to make first when calling at 11 month window.

can my husband call at the same time and book the bwv rooms, while i try the akv rooms? i just want max my attempts, its the same account so that may not work or will it?

There are 10 2-Bedroom Lock-Off Villas and 8 Dedicated Studios that make up the Value category. The Values only exist in Jambo House.

AKV is also the only DVC resort with Concierge rooms as well (and only 5 2 BR lockoffs for those).

Like the Values, Concierge Level rooms at AKV are only at Jambo House.

At BWV, about 20% of the total number of villas are standard view. Another 20% are preferred-boardwalk view. The remaining 60% is preferred (pool/garden) view.

At 11 months out, you can only use AKV points at AKV and BWV points at BWV. If one CM has your account pulled up to make a reservation, the other might not be able to do it.
