does it take to run through a typical ink cartridge? My printer does not have a warning light and I am afraid that I will ruin my precious transfer paper. My printer uses separate cartridges for color and black.

I think I am addicted to this stuff. Today I am picking up tote bags to make MNSSHP bags for trick or treat!!! My second Disign project!

I have a Lexmark something or other. I have the separate balck & color, too. I was able to do all but the last four or so. I'm thinking like 28 shirts, an EPCOT passport, all my son's autograph cards, a ton of magnets. I also had a bunch of mistakes along the way and I do B&W quick prints for sizing before each. I print a bunch of coupons, too! This is going to vary from printer to printer, so I'd suggest just keeping an eye on things. I worried a lot about it with mine, too. I only ended up wasting a sheet of magnet paper.
