How many towels do you get in the 2br and if you want more do you pay at check in??

I am wondering how many towels do you get in a 2 br? I am thinking 8 of each maybe.... 8 bath towel, hand, wash cloths? Is this right? IF I want another set of 4 I see they are 6 bucks for a pack....do I pay for those when I check in?? I think it is worth 6 bucks to have extra towels. Thanks

That may vary from resort to resort. Certainly ask at check-in if it is better to pay it then or call housekeeping and have them bill it to the room.

Personally, I think having housekeeping bill it would be better. Sometimes there isn't great communication between front desk & housekeeping, and you may pay for it but the desk neglects to inform housekeeing you want extra towels.

For hand towels, you only get 2 per bathroom, so it would be 4 in a 2 bedroom. In the $6 towel pack, you get 2 hand towels, 4 of bath & washcloths. I would just bring extra towels. If you throw an extra towel in each suitcase, they will not takeup much room.

The best way to pay for them and arrange for thier delivery to your room.

I just wash the towels myself instead. Added bonus of I use fabric softener, much nicer than the ones direct from housekeeping.

Thanks....well I do plan on washing them too but for 5 of us.... we will need more of everything.....so at least an extra towel pack will help us. Thanks everyone.

Is the towel pack different from the towel and trash service? As I read that the towel and trash service varies depending on size of accommodation and is $15 for a studio?? If it is different how often can I request a towel pack?

A towel pack they just bring the towels to the door. Trash & Towel will actually hang the towels, remove the dirty ones, take out the trash, replace the soaps.

Worked for DH last week! Also, the kids would return from swimming with 2 towels around them. No idea why they needed a towel let alone two since it was soooooooo hooooooot last week! I threw them (towels, not the kids) in the dryer and we used them again before I had the kids return them to the towel return bin by the pool.
