Well I’m currently POed at Comcast because all of the sudden every time I try to access an ESPN station it’s saying that it’s not in my plan. I’ve had it for 18 years. Tried calling customer service but get an AI bot that is no help whatsoever

you really want to go there? how about how many times an HOUR?

electronics and I do not get along-any kind of touch activated lamps flicker when I walk by, voice reccognition on the phone does not recognize me, and I can literally hear a lightbulb emiting a sound before it goes out. we barely tolerate each other.

I told dh I want to go to one of those places where you destroy stuff and have it all laptops and TVs and cell phones and lamps......

I'm very computer literate. There are several times a day I get frustrated when I can't figure something out. Multiple times a day, whether computer, cell phone, TV, appliance, etc.

I wouldn't say that I ever get mad at electronics or any other inanimate object. What is the point of that? It's not like the object is going to behave differently because you're mad at it; it's just a waste of your own energy.

When I was working the copy machine was always presenting challenges. If the toner was low, it would not copy. Hey, I am okay with copies that are a little light, I just need the copy and I need it NOW. And phantom paper jams. Those were aggravated when the company bought paper that was lighter than the copy machine company designed it for. Usually fixing what ever issue came up fell to me, hence I became known as "The Savin Whisperer". Lost track of how many times my clothing was covered in toner.

Too many times a day to count. As a matter of fact, JUST as I was about to click on this thread, DISboards went down! Had to check my other devices to make sure it wasn't just my computer. Fortunately, it came back some minutes later. I guess the better question would be, when am I NOT mad at an electronic device. I should probably meditate more.

This for me. I feel like our work computers have been built so ineffectively and the security measures built into them make them so slow and unproductive. If it wasn't for my work laptop, I'd very rarely get frustrated with technology. But as it is, I get mad multiple times an hour for 8-9 hours a day, 5 days a week

my husbands favorite movie ever! he drinks his coffee from an 'initech' coffee mug, it is quoted at least once a week in our home, and of course we have a red stapler.
