Everything I need to take care of the basics is right at the entrance of my neighborhood. There are banks, groceries, gasoline, Walgreens with an attached medical clinic, veterinarian, dentist, several restaurants, etc. It’s four miles from my neighborhood to town, where there is everything else I could need, like a post office, hospital and medical specialists, car dealerships, an open air mall with a movie theater, department and specialty stores, and more restaurants. All accessible in less than 15 minutes. The only thing missing is viable jobs, unless you want retail or food service. For that you end up spending more than an hour one way into Orlando proper.
