There will be four of us staying at POP (possibly five). We're all adults. I kind of want all four of us to stay in the same room because it saves money, but would that be uncomfortable? Should it be two in each room (maybe three in one room)?:confused3

Five can not stay in one value resort room so, if you do have the 5th person, you'd need to reserve two rooms. The rooms at the values are fairly small but, if you don't spend much time in the room, you would probably be okay.

Have you thought about bumping up to a moderate. The CBR rooms are 340 square feet and have two sinks in the closet/sink area. The other moderates are 314 square feet. A refrigerator is also free of charge in the moderate resorts. That might save you guys some money too.

I'm saying everything assuming there's only four of us because five changes a lot. So are you saying that staying at a moderate would give four of us a chance to stay in the room which would save us money in the long run?

Pay for two rooms. There's not enough room and privacy in a moderate or value room for 4 adults unless you are very very close.

You will all get along much better and be more relaxed if you can get out of each others way while you are showering, getting dressed and going to the bathroom.....and then there are people who snore.....and people who get up in the night, and different internal clocks...early wakers etc.

I'd pay for two rooms.

Disney charges for more than 2 adults sharing the same room.

At a value the charge is $10 extra a night for each additional adult.

At a Mod the charge is $15 a night for each extra adult a night.

And at a Deluxe the extra fee is $25 a night per extra adult.

The Family Suites at All Star Music will sleep up to 6 adults.

There is not extra fee for extra adults at the Family Suites.

1-6 adults can stay at the Family Suites for the same set price.

Family Suite info;

DH and I stayed in a Family Suite at All Star Music ( a value resort) in Sept. of 2006.

We really enjoyed the Queen size bed, the kitchenette with the microwave, having a sofa and cushioned chair to sit on and relax after a day at the parks before retiring for the evening.

I thought the pullouts very comfortable.

They are designed so the back cushion and seat cushion of the pullout support the pullout. There is no metal bar to hurt the sleepers back.

Info thread--Pullouts in Family Suites at ASMU with photos of how the pullout is supported.

Here is the layout of the Family Suites:

They:

-Sleep up to 6 (plus one child under age 3 in a Pak-n-Play crib)
-Studio amenities and separate sleeping areas giving more privacy than a standard room.
-Queen bed, full-size pullout sofa, convertible ottoman & chair sleepers (4 separate sleepers)
-Private master bedroom and family room have 27” flat CRT TV and high speed Internet access.
-Kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator (4.3 cu. ft) and coffee pot
-Two-full bathrooms
