How many people to make ADR for?

I apologize if this has been asked before, however I will be traveling with an infant (3 months). Should I count him in the number of people I make my ADRs for?

If that answer is yes, then that will put us at 7 people. Will that mean there is an automatic gratuity added to our bill?

Auto gratuity kicks in at 6. You do need to count anyone with a pulse in your dining reservations
