How many Palo brunches on a 5 night cruise?

Yeah...they're not going to open it on one of their private island days.

I did read from someone on here that they opened Palo brunch on a Castaway Cay day. I don't know the specifics and don't remember where I read it, but it was mentioned.

Wow. Usually the servers for Palo work the Serenity Bay cookout area.
