How many pairs of shoes do you take?

Whatever you decide, though, make sure that all of them are very well broken in. I brought one pair last year, and thought they were well broken in. Wrong! Got a terrible blister before I realized it.

Remember, you can always wash your clothes (so it makes sense to take less of them), but you might be sorry if you don't have enough pairs of comfortable, well-broken-in shoes.

I agree with the above. I have been wearing my "Disney" shoes for the last 2 months. Hopefully that's enough time to be broken in! BUT! If they are not, at least I'll have 5 pairs! (2 tennis shoes, 1 athletic sandal, 2 Crocs)

I just realized I lied! I voted for 3-4 pairs. But I'm taking:
one pair of real crocs
one pair of fake crocs
one pair of new balance "tennis" shoes (I'm in the South - they're all tennis shoes!!!)
one pair of flip flops for me
one pair for my sister because I know she'll forget
one pair of water shoes for the waterparks.

Oh my goodness! That's 6 pairs! Eek!

I wore my Keen newport sandals every day and my Teva Ventura sandals in the evenings. Best "foot" trip I ever had! Previously wore New Balance walking shoes, Clarks Muckers, LL Bean hiking shoes....but for me, nothing beats the Keens.

Always bring moleskin, too, in case of "hot spots".

I often have 5-6 pairs of shoes with me 4 pairs of runners and my sandals to wear to the pool.

1 pair of casual shoes to wear everywhere else
flip flops for the pool

I have been packing for my upcoming trip and I realized I have never packed so many shoes for myself before!

New Balance sneakers (only wear them in Disney!)
Pair of white keds
Cream color dress flats
black flats for my Pirates costume for MNSSHP
My slippers!
My fake crocs as I wont buy any of the real ones till the Disney designs come out!

6 pairs of "shoes" for a 5 night stay!
