How many of you rent from abbf.com?

What has been your experience renting from them? How do you rate their overall service, timing and rental products?

I'm thinking about renting from them because they are cheaper than renting from our resort by a few dollars, but saving any kind of money is great. I decided against taking the PnP with us on our roadtrip and as well as the bumper seat and other baby gear because we'll already have the stroller loaded and we need to save some space.

I'm looking for user reviews more or less. Thanks!

Thankfully - this will be our first vacation with kids that we didn't use ABBF. We used them our first three trips to WDW to rent cribs and always had GREAT experiences (we had them deliver twice to Nick Hotel and once to a condo at WH - no trouble with either). We also used them in previous trips to Myrtle Beach. I think it may be a different set of owners who use the same name, but they were great there as well...

We rented a full sized crib and Graco stroller from ABBF this past May and we were very pleased with them . I did take my own crib sheet to put on over the one they provided (I'm a complete germaphobe), but everything was clean and well taken care of (no dings or marks on the crib, no spots on the sheets/bumper/quilt, etc). The only small problem we had (ok, the bellman had) was that our condo at OKW was on the third floor, and they don't have elevators so the poor guy had to haul the crib frame and full sized mattress up the steps in 90+ degree heat . Needless to say, he got a big tip. We also had bell services pick them up when we were ready to check out. I will definitely rent from them again.

Do they assemble the crib for you? If not, is it difficult to assemble?

We rented a crib and a toddler bed (101 dalmation linens) from them and the trip before we got a crib, a bath seat (a must - so much nicer than bathing baby in the sink!) and one other thing - what was it? Oh, right, a bouncy chair. Great service, everything was spotless, ask for unscented sheets (we took our own though to make the babies feel more like they were home). Highly recommended. Excellent!
