How many of you enjoy only Disney related movies and shows? How many of you enjoy both Disney and gritty adult fare?

I enjoy the Disney theme parks and I enjoy Disney movies.

I also enjoy Marvel, Game of Thrones, Star Wars, and some Star Trek.

I think the 2003 Battlestar Galactica reboot is the best sci fi TV ever made with "The Expanse" coming in second and "Babylon 5" in third.

Never really got a chance to experience "Firefly" or "Farscape" but I hope to experience them when I get the time.

I heard many good things about shows like "The Wire", "The Sopranos", and "Mad Men".

I think games like the Mass Effect trilogy, Dragon Age, Heavy Rain, The Last of Us, and BioShock are the pinnacle of modern single player narrative video games.

To me they are not just games but experiences.

How many of you enjoy only Disney related stuff and only enjoy media up to a PG-13 rating at most?

How many of you enjoy both wholesome pop culture as well as gritty adult stuff like GOT?

Me‼️. I love everything Disney but very much enjoy horror films and I have a fascination with serial killers so love watching documentaries/shows about them. I also love British police procedural shoes. I also love nature shows.

I love a variety, from British detective shows to science fiction. I love to watch shows based on books I have read, soccer and American football, documentaries, and comedy specials. I have a number of male and female comedians I follow. We do have Disney Plus and watch it occasionally.

I also watch a variety of things on tv - sports mostly football and baseball, game shows on GSN and regular stations, certain reality shows, Food Network, and different of the medical and first responder shows. For movies love different ones by Disney, Star Wars, Twilight, Harry Potter, Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka, and some musicals. I am a big reader and like some kid/teen along with various fiction both classics and current writers.

I haven't seen a Disney movie in at least 10 years but we also haven't had our TV on for anything other than listening to music or watching a few reality shows (Finding your roots, Oak Island, The Voice, Masked Singer, HomeTown) in about a month. I saw the original 3 Star Wars movies when they first came out in the 70s and have seen maybe 3 Marvel movies (just anything with Thor in it because, well, Thor). Otherwise, I pretty much just watch UTube. I haven't been to a movie at a theater since before the trying times. I'm all over the place on UTube. I follow a few Disney vloggers, I'm addicted to packing videos, I watch a few home restoration people, a few music reaction people, a few travel people, and go down a lot of rabbit holes. Love anything having to do with history so I'll watch a video on that, go down the rabbit hole and watch anything else I can find on whatever subject I was watching and even look up the info. and read about it. It can be anything from touring a castle which leads me to other castles to a documentary about someone, which leads me to other someones. Last night I spent 4 hours on Queen Victoria's kids and grandkids. The night before it was castles. The night before that it was some silly guys who evidently do all sorts of competing with each other buying things at different places and either trying to survive camping or building something. Example: they had to compete for a budget then one pair went to Wal-Mart and one to Target and camped out in the snow with what they got. No clue who they were, just went down the rabbit hole. I don't even know how I got to them.

The only thing about Disney that I truly enjoy is the parks. Don’t watch any Disney shows or movies. I have, however, seen a few school and community theater versions of Disney productions and enjoyed them.

I like a lot of things, though I think my preferences generally lean toward things that are fun. That's not to say there isn't room for something more serious, but more often I will be watching those Disney movies or lighter action/adventure type things.

Going to be honest, I haven't liked 90% of what Disney has put out in the last few years in terms of movies and TV shows (and that 90% is being generous). I enjoy watching a wide variety of things and don't limit myself to a specific genre or maturity level. Lately I've been watching a lot of anime but I am looking forward to Last of Us season 2 (also looking forward to the reactions of people who did not play Part 2 LOL).

so....if you clocked our viewing habits:

TONS of sci-fi (old and new), dystopian, zombies, vampires, witches, supernatural (oak island, blind frog ranch...) stuff b/c that's what dh likes (I admit to enjoying 'yellow jackets' and 'severence'-loved 'game of thrones'). I like true crime (documentary style not dramas), stuff on cults, documentary style in general, a handful of specific home renovation shows and some reality (guilty pleasure trash). sprinkle in a healthy dose of comedy (currently binging 'mythic quest' and I am so NOT a gamer but it's fantastic:rotfl: ) and so far as Disney goes-we have it for the marvel spin-off shows (loved 'loki'), bluey (for me:love:) and the occasional new annimated movie release that catches my eye (not a big fan of the sequels or live action remakes).

I like wholesome stuff as well as some of the more gritty stuff. Our "go to" TV show seems to be Law & Order SVU. I am not quite sure what that says about us.

If left on my own, I tend to watch about anything. I like to watch whatever crime documentary d'jour that everybody is talking about at work when they pop up. I also like old comedy like Three's Company, Seinfeld, and even Friends.

In movies, I have a few favorites I guess. I think Mamma Mia tops the list. To me, nothing is more fun than drinking wine and watching Mamma Mia. I think some of my favorites are musicals. Of course I am a sucker for the Hallmark movies during Christmas time as well. I will watch other stuff if I hear people talking about it though, or stuff outside my comfort zone if I am curious (sometimes the picture/cover catches my attention so I will select it).

As far as video games, I don't really do that at all.

I really don’t watch any Disney related shows, but stream many other shows.
