How many of you actually go all out and decorate for your trip?

I was just reading a few of the posts concerning decorating resort windows, doors and the like and was wondering how many actually do it.

As for me I was planning on creating a simple garland of different color Mickey Heads across our room windows and perhaps a few MH's magnets for our doors. I am also trying to think of something for our car but not sure what yet and will definitely add the lime green MH to our park bag, DGS diaper bag and and multi colored ones for the stroller.

Not too much just something fun! Its our GS's first trip and IMO its a nice way to add to the celebration.

So how much do you plan on doing?

We just used Disney clings from the $ store in our window at ASMo., and the kids put a few of their stuffies they bought in the window a couple of mornings when we left. Again, dh thought I was nuts but putting up the clings and rearranging them kept the kids well occupied when in the room.

I have never done any decorating in the past but I did get a lime green Mickey for my ECV this trip.

I have never done it either but planning to on our next trip. I already have my window clings bought!

I love to decorate the windows and doors. And little kids always love it too...some of my favorite quotes include "I want that room!" and "Mom, why doesn't our window look like THAT?"

Also, we decorate inside for special events (birthdays etc) and we also always make custom tshirts if we are celebrating something. Oh and we do all this even if we just go for two days...I don't understand the "Why waste time doing that?" since it take approximately 10 minutes even for my most elaborate set up. And, when we first get in our rooms, and the men are carrying in the luggage (lol) we women like to decorate.

I never have and never will. I don't want to take the time to decorate and don't want to make mousekeeping take the extra effort to get the leftover "messy stickies" off. I know people are careful about cleaning but for every good person there has to be the person who just doesn't care.

I am interested in seeing how many decorated places I see in a couple weeks...I had never heard of it! Should be fun to see!

Never decorate.I mostly stay DVC and Deluxe and unless it is a holiday, it kind of looks tacky.Plus My sil decorated her resort door at BC last year. and mgmt told her to remove the stuff anyway.

We always decorate for Halloween. We have our favorite hanging ghost, a vampire stitch, Halloween lights we put on the windows, especially if we are staying at OKW. Most often we also decorate the balcony and the exterior doors.
