45. A few of them were some I'd had to watch for Humanities class in high school, otherwise I would never have seen them (Rashomon & Ran). Others are some of my all time favorite movies (In the Name of the Father, Princess Bride & Monty Python & the Holy Grail).

Old and Foreign language films were a particular favourite.

But I have seen my share of dark movies that stay with you for days afterward. Deerhunter is probably the first movie I remember not being able to stop thinking about for many days (even now it brings back chills)
And I have seen quite a few I wish I never watched.
Some of the titles made me smile! Singing in the Rain, Butch Cassidy, It Happened One Night, Monty Python, Annie Hall...
105. I was actually surprised there were so many. It helps when I have seen most of the Anime movies on the list (think I only missed one) and it included things like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings!
I got 88. Better than I thought.
In large part the Disney and Anime I like, along with the Clint Eastwood westerns and action movies I grew up watching.

I know what you mean. Seen The Deerhunter myself. then went with some chums. Then persuaded my folks that it would be worth seeking.
From that moment I made it a mission to see all Robert De Niro movies. Raging Bull was spectacular. But De Niro was in some truly awful movies
