How many of each type of rooms in first phase of AKV?

This question is probably for Greenban but, does anyone know how many rooms will be in the first phase and how many of each type. We really want to know how many of you we will be competing against to get a savannah studio.

was hoping for a value room - but if Dean is correct and those who also be savannah rooms -this I don't think I would get one...

anyway I don't think anyone knows yet.
