How many "more" if I add "WPFM" option to a 1 day MK ticket?

Hi all
Currently we are planning to do 1 MK day. The kids want to do WP as well. If I add the WPFM option to our 1 day tickets, do I receive 1 or 2 admissions to the WPs?
TIA!

Also, keep in mind it is cheaper to purchase a 1 day waterpark ticket then it is to add the WP&M to a 1 day ticket. Unless you plan on using the "& More" part, I would recommend just buying a waterpark ticket seperate.

For WP&M options, on any length ticket, do they expire? Like on a 7 day ticket with WP&M, how long do the options last?

To the best of my understanding, all entitlements, including WPFNM, will expire 14 days from the first day of use if the non expiration option is not added.

I would assume you have 14 days to use all the entitlements on a ticket.

Thanks, 3 knowledgeable people here.

So, unless you were doubling up some days with parks and options, anything more than a 7 day ticket (assuming a 14 day stay), would not be of value?

Well... Sort of. If you wanted to go to the water park four days and the four main parks ten days, then I thi k it would still be more cost effective to add the WPFNM option to your ten day ticket than it would be to buy the water park ticket separately.. But I honestly haven't looked into the pricing for multi day wp tickets.. If they exist.
I think many people like to do the water park in the morning and then hit up another park when it gets crowded... Or at the very least, have the option to go to Epcot for dinner....

I don't think so. Like you said, you'd have to have days where you both go to a theme park and use one of the options in order to use all the options, but personally, I wouldn't consider it a waste to not use up all the options. With a 10 day ticket, you could spend 10 days in the parks and 4 days at the water parks, and to me, that would still be getting my money's worth. Adding WPF&M to a base ticket costs $60, so you would be paying only $15 per water park visit. If you have a park hopper, adding the WPF&M costs about $25, which would only be about $6 per visit.

It depends on your touring schedule.

You could start with a 7 day ticket with water park fun, yielding one "thing" (the official term is "entitlement") for each of your 14 days. If on one day you spent just a short time in one water park and decide to do another fun visit that same day, and later in your vacation you ran out of water park fun, then you could spend the extra $11. upgrade for another park day, and another water park fun visit will also magically appear.

Thanks everyone!

Quick question:

"Also, keep in mind it is cheaper to purchase a 1 day waterpark ticket then it is to add the WP&M to a 1 day ticket. Unless you plan on using the "& More" part, I would recommend just buying a waterpark ticket seperate."

Can the 2 entitlements be used for 2 water parks, or do they have to be different (i.e. water park plus Disney Quest)? I was thinking 2 WP tickets (2 separate days) would be ~$106+tax vs $60+tax per person (adult) to add the WPFM option, so worth the added cost, or am I confused?

Thanks!

you're not confused. if you know that you're going to go to the water parks at least twice, go ahead and add it to your ticket. so, you can do a day at typhoon lagoon, and a day at Blizzard Beach, or two days at one of those... or one of those and Disney Quest...etc... plus a day at one of the main four parks.... all within 14 days of scanning through the first tapstile.

Thanks!
I just reread what I quoted from PP and I think I misinterpreted anyways (sorry!). Thanks for clearing it up!! I think I may add the option since we've been in August and it was HOTTTTT, so beside riding SDMT and A&E M&G we plan to cool in the WPs (unless we add a day for Frozen Fun at DHS!).
