How many in AS music room?

I just reserved a preferred room at AS Music for 3 adults (dh, my mom and myself) and my 2 kids (2 and 1). The 2 year old will sleep in a bed, the 1 year old in a pack and play (she will just be turning 1 when we get there). Does anyone know if this will be a problem because there are technically 5 people? Has anyone done this?

The reason I ask is because one travel agent (a friend of my sil) said that it was too many people and not allowed- I questioned her even if the baby is in a pack and play and she said that it happened to her and that I should not list my 2 year old on the reservation. Then I called AAA to see if I could get a better rate through them and asked about all of us in an AS room and she said it was okay- she had a Disney rep on the other line and switched between us. I have a confirmation number and the agent took all of our names- 3 adults and 2 kids. Do you think I will have any problems? I am only questioning it because of what the first travel agent said. I don't want to get there and have a problem, but if I put my deposit/pay for the room, if they have a problem, wouldn't they be "at fault" since they took my reservation?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

that is just fine values are able to hold 4 adults and 1 child under two (in a pack n play)

although you can all fit in the room, and Disney will allow it, I believe that you will need to pay an extra fee for the third adult in the room. Not sure how much that is, but the rooms are normally priced at having 2 adults in the room.
