My Target sells $50 Disney gift cards. If you pay with your Target Red Card or Target Debit Card, you get 5% off all your purchases at Target, including Disney gift cards.



Yes, I have used my Target Red Card (credit card) and gotten the 5% off the Disney gift card.

Has anyone had trouble paying with multiple gift cards?? I'm talking about a $2,000 balance which would be 40 $50 gift cards. Can I really call and apply all 40 over the phone??

Yes, you can. We had purchased $1300 in Disney gift cards at Target and used them to pay for our Dining Plan one trip. Our Target doesn't carry the $50 cards so all of mine were $25 cards! The poor CM was great though - he kept making jokes.

Our DCL cruise balance will be close to 20K (multiple cabins, lots of family).

The most I have been able to purchase with my debit is $1000. Tried more, and wouldn't work. Even though I called Target debit card and they told me that since it is tied directly to my checking account there was no limit. But, apparently there is.

We have bought $4000 to pay our trip off, so a nice savings there I paid online with the gift cards.

I'm confused . You got 4K but most you were able to get is 1K?
Is the 1K meaning at one time purchase?

You should not have a problem. We paid our DVC dues with 18 cards. They just had me write down all the numbers including the pin number and fax it to them.
You could also plan ahead and apply maybe 10 a day or ask for a manager I am sure they would be happy to take your payment no matter what form or how many cards you need to use.

Last December I entered $900 worth of cards over the phone. Please don't tie up the CM's with this activity. It is just as easy to type them in yourself when you go to apply payment to your trip.

With a Target credit card or a Target debit card you receive 5% off of all purchases (Disney Gift Cards (also called Entertainment cards) if you sign up for the Pharmacy Rewards program you recieve a card for 5% off all purchases for a day after filling 5 prescriptions this also stacks with the 5% daily discount you get with the Target credit card or Target debit card.

Yes you have to go to the store...either CS or the reg. It only takes a few minutes... you can only use it at Target stores and online for FS(and 5% off too). I love it. I have had it only a few months and have purchased a few Disney GC's. I have saved $30.xx already!
