How many days should I plan on for USO and IOA?

I'll be visiting universal studios and islands of adventure on my next visit to Orlando, just wondering on how many days I should plan on spending in the parks to experience everything-also going to disney (have been there before so I have an idea of what I want to see and do there). Any input on universal would be a help thanks!

Hi 1 day for eaxh park to explore then on 3rd day redo your favourites but it depends on time of year due to crowds and whether u r staying onsite
