Thanks for any help Kim

Not 100% sure yet doing 2 weeks at Disney 2016 and want to do a few universal days in the middle it will be last few days in Aug or 1st few days in Sept

Even if you are not Harry Potter fans I would check out the areas. The theming is just beautiful. The castle is so well done and the ride inside is first class. You don't have to be a Potter fan to enjoy those areas. My husband likes Harry Potter but isn't a huge fan and he was just blown away by the theming.

As for going...a full day in each park should work out well. If you stay onsite you will get the express pass and be able to bypass a lot of the lines. Don't forget there is City Walk as well and there is a lot to enjoy in that area.

If you're going just to ride the rides, a full day at each park with FOTL should let you experience just about all of them.

If you want to experience the entire Universal Resort and have the best, most relaxing vacation you've ever had, there's no upper limit.

We were there last week, on Thurs and Fri. We went from open to close on Thurs, and did all of one park, and all but 4 or 5 things, and the interactive wand stuff in the WWOHP in both parks. Returned Friday to do the wand stuff, the rest of the rides, and re-rode about 5 of the rides, and left by 3ish. We stayed on-site at HRH, so we had the Express Pass.

2 days should be more than enough, with the Express Pass. Depending on crowd levels, I guess. When we went, crowds were light. Even the most popular rides only got up to 60 min wait. Which isn't all that terrible.

I'm going to agree with everyone else. To do it justice, you probably want to spend at least 2 or 3 days. Also, like others have said, you should check out the HP areas even if your not interested in the books or movies. How many people who ride Splash Mountain are fans of Song Of the South? Both areas are extremely well done and can be enjoyed by fans and non fans alike.

We stayed at HRH and had 1 day in each park. I do not remember anything ..I felt like we rushed through like lunatics. Even though we had the express pass through Hard Rock. We still felt rushed. I have planned 4 days between the 2 parks to thoroughly enjoy the rides, sights, and shows!
