How many days in August?

We are staying on Disney grounds and want to visit universal. Considering we are going at the beginning of August, we have 3 kids 12, 8, 5, how may days would you do at universal? We would have the park to park passes. The oldest is not real big into "scary" rides and the dare devil is the 8 year old we are hoping to be 52" by August. Our youngest has special needs and will not be doing many rides.
