How many days before my trip should I receive my luggage tags?

A Canadian question. I am in Montreal and how many days before my trip should I receive my luggage tags? I have a vacation package at WDW resort and was wondering when I should expect them considering the mailing time.

You don't. Canadians don't receive these in the mail. You'll get any added extras at your resort

I know it is disappointing ,,,Like how are luggage tags going to help with the trip down south if you don't get them until after arriving at the resort.
I ended up ordering some off of Amazon.ca for one of our trips.

Also I have made Tye Dye mickey scarfs for family, they make a great accessory for suitcases.

Make a point to line up at front desk and ask for your souvenir luggage tags as well as Magical Extras including mini golf coupons and discounts at a few stores and restaurants in Disney Springs. It all adds up. You paid for it . . . in Canadian dollars at a high exchange rate . . . so def get what you paid for. Re the luggage tags, they'll usually just go to their junk drawer and give you some of the discards that other guests didn't want. Doesn't make international guests feel great but that's the lack of thought happening now.

Are they just souvenirs?

I assumed they stopped shipping luggage tags when they stopped handling the luggage via mickeys magical express.

For the Magical Extras including mini golf coupons and discounts at a few stores and restaurants in Disney Springs - is it for only those who booked a package (ie, room & tickets together)? I booked 2 rooms, then purchased the Canadian Resident tickets. Does that apply?

Normally just the package but worth asking re Cdn Resident tickets. Perhaps someone who has recently combined those tickets with a resort room can also reply.

You need to ask for them at the resort front desk. I’ve only remembered to do that once in the last few stays. They seem pretty flimsy.

I’m an AP so just book the room only package …I have a number of mini golf passes I have not got around to using either
