how many days at universal

DH and I are taking our first no-kids trip the last week of aug into sept. We will be going for 9nights 10 days. We love Disney and love Universal. We haven't been to Universal since the addition. We are not big coaster folks. I was thinking of doing one night two days at Universal. How would that work out?

Are you staying onsite or offsite?
I think it can be done, although a bit rushed.
I would suggest 3 days, 2 nights. One day for each park, and a third to relax and enjoy your favorites. Personally, when I go, I usually spend 4 days and 3 nights.

staying on site. We were going to do our first night/arrival at a cheap off site hotel. Depending on park hours and our arrival time I could do that night on-site as well and spend the evening in the parks or pool side relaxing. It's also going to depend on what ticket options are out there.
