How many cruises to the next Castaway Club level......

I was hoping someone could breakdown the Castaway Club Levels for me. I know there are silver, gold, etc. However how many cruises do you have to take to reach each level? And when is the level acknowledged...i.e when you step onboard, at the end of the sailing?

Once you complete 1 cruise, you are Silver. Once you complete 5 cruises, you are Gold. Once you complete 10 cruises, you are Platinum. You are recognized at your new level starting with your 2nd, 6th, and 11th cruises.
