Thanks :)

I can't remember about Splash Mountain, but on Haunted Mansion Dh and I rode with our then 4 yr ds.

How old/large are your kids? I think most rides you could all fit in there together. We are a family of six and sit 3 and 3 most times.

Do you mean just one seat? Well on Splash Mountain it's usually 2 people per seat, but I've rode in the middle of my parents before :)

it depends on how "Pooh" sized you are, and how old (and big) your kids are. I'm not asking, so please don't flame, but an average sized person can ride with 2 young children. If you are "Pooh", or large sized, it will be a little tight. Also, you didn't say how old your kids are - the younger, the better. I'm a little big around the middle, and I can't imagine taking both my ds12 and dd7.

Depending on the size of your kids, you can fit 2 comfortably into the HM, or squeeze 3 in there. The same with Splash. It seats two, but I believe you can squeeze 3 into there. With Splash, there are a couple rows of two, so your other kid can sit in the row behind/infront of you.

Or make a plan to alternate the seating arrangements. One of your kids will sit with you on one ride, then the other one will sit with you on the next ride.

Maybe I'm nuts, but I don't see three people in a Splash Mountain seat. Three in the same log, sure, but not in the seat.

An average-sized adult and 2 kids little enough to fight about riding with Mom should fit fine on HM.

Yes, again on Small World, but No on Buzz. Space Mountain is one-per-seat, but you ride together.

Test Track will fit 3 in a row, so will Mission Space and Soarin'.

Tower of Terror, yes, Rock and Roller Coaster - I don't think so.

What about the car driving in the Magic kingdom. Dd5 wants to go on but dd3 will be with us so we will all have to fit!

I travel as the solo adult with my dd's and even now at 9 and 11 we can fit three in a seat on almost everything. The only things I can think of where we have to separate are the Barnstormer, RnRC and Exp Everest. In that case the two dd's ride together or we alternate.

We fit fine in Splash, Big Thunder Mtn, Buzz and Haunted Mansion as well as the fantasyland dark rides including Peter Pan. On Buzz I sit in the middle and steer while the girls use the guns, plenty of room but if you want to "play" you will have to separate!!

Any other specific rides?

TJ

thanks everyone....I have a very skinny 8 y/o and a 14 y/o.

Looks like the HM doom buggy might be a tight squeeze :crowded:

My 14 yr old 5'6" daughter got squished in the front seat of the Splash Mountain log when the next two people in line jumped in the log with her. (She had asked to ride alone, my mom and I were in the row behind her) She was very uncomfortable, but the two adults were a bit on the plump side, and they fit, well, sort-of :crowded:

Three should fit fine on Haunted Mansion. BTMRR might be too tight with 3 in a row, unless the kids are little.

My DD10 and I can ride two in Splash Mountain, DH had to sit behind us. My DH, DD10 and I rode three in HM...it was tight but not too uncomfy. I'm not a pooh and my DH is skinny.

you could always sit the 2 kids together and have a little room to stretch out for yoursepf too!!
