Hi

Was just wondering how crazy the parks would be from say thur 20th to sun 23rd December? Too crazy to even think of doing??

Stupid school holidays.....would really like to do a Christmas trip but it ouldsth either have to be a weekend or after school finishes up.

Any advice?

As I am going on exactly those dates, I would like to think that it won't be too busy. But in reality I'm sure that Thursday and Friday will be very busy and Saturday and Sunday will be heaving. If anyone would like to contradict that statement, please go ahead!

We're there from the 16th -20th....it's usually pretty busy to be honest. Definitely worth it though :thumbsup2

I think if you go with that attitude you won't get disappointed and you can only be pleasantly surprised if after all it's not as bad as you're expecting.

It's only the rides that it'll really affect though, so if you concentrate on the shows, parade, Dreams and decorations you'll have a fantastic time. Is Fantillusion on this Christmas?

Thought it would be busy.

We are going mid October so a bit greedy to try and squeeze in a Christmas trip as well. My mother in law suggested the castle club as a treat so we would have VIP fast pass which would help with the queues.

It would be good.....:santa:

Not greedy at all ;) wish I had a mother-in-law like yours ::yes:: we visited mine the day before we left and she didn't even bother to wish us a nice holiday!

With VIP fastpass you'd have no worries about crowds - so go on, book it, it would be rude not to! :goodvibes

Gets far worse after Christmas day - I've always liked the week before and never found it unmanageable.

The cold can be worse than the crowd ;) and the French schools don't break up until the Sat 22nd

Sounds good! Thanks Carrie :goodvibes

As Elaine suggested, I'm going more for the atmosphere than the rides. It will be great enjoy the christmassy feel so close to Christmas itself, rather than a few weeks before like we usually do. Plus it's DH's birthday on the 21st so we didn't have much choice with our dates!
