How loud are the verandah doors?

We will have a verandah room along with a 3yr and 7 mon old. When they are asleep we would like to go out onto the verandah to just sit. Do you know if it is very loud when the door is opened? interms of the air rushing in etc. Has anyone's children ever woken up from it?

I don't remember them being loud-- no more loud than a sliding glass door in your home.

There will be a lot of wind turbulence when you open the door and while it is open.

Your kids will likely be thoroughly exausted by bedtime, we have never had a problem, it works much like your sliding glass patio doors in your home, just crack it first, then open it slowly, shouldn't be a problem.
