How long until we receive our log-on information for the member site?

Bought VWL directly from Disney last week. Have our first reservation made. Have banked the (bonus) 160 2007 points already. FedExed our closing documents back to Celebration yesterday. Tracking information shows that they are on their truck on the way to their destination.

I am impatient to get access to the member site. The big box of "stuff" we received said that the necessary PIN would be sent separately. How long until we get that?

Ours came within a week (maybe two) of sending our closing documents back. You're not alone, we were impatient for the same, and still dying from suspense waiting for our official membership cards!!!!!

We are still waiting for the "Blue" membership cards, we have temp cards now. We purchased on a Friday, received our closing documents on a Monday, sent them back on a Wednesday. Our anticipated closing date was April 20 (as indicated on our closing documents), so I'm just anxiously waiting to see if our closing date got bumped up.

You can call MS and if you are in the system, they will set you up with everything you need to log into the website now.

Yup, all you have to do is call DVC member services. We also bought resale and were in the system the day we closed (ie..I could get on the website with the help of member services) BUT you won't be able to make ressies until your points are deposited into your account. That took 8 LONG days for us.
