How long until they tell you the site?

We request the 1700 for our grand gathering in a week. When can we find out the sites we're on?

And if your site isn't ready at check in, you won't find out until later.

Also, even with a Grand Gathering, with multiple sites, your not even guaranteed to be in the same loop.
