How long until I can make a reservation?

Sorry, I know this has been asked but the search function is down.

I sent in my closing papers on my resale today. Does anyone know when I might be able to make my first reservation? The 11 month window for my trip next March is next week so I am hoping it will happen pretty quickly. Thanks!

it all depends on how fast the seller sends in his/her closing documents.

as soon as the closing company gets the sellers documents (and they have to be filled out correctly and notarized correctly), then you "officially close".

it takes about 1 week from your "official closing date" before you get entered into the system.

How do I get in touch with member services? Do I get this number from The TimeShare Store or is it sent to me when I close?

Our broker contacted us when we closed and gave us the number to call Member Services to see if we were in their system yet (we were in Disney's system a couple of days after we closed). Your broker will probably do the same.
