How long to travel from Grand Floridan to Magic Kingdom on the monorail?

We are trying to figure out our timing.
How long will it take to get from the Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom on the monorail?
We will be leaving at 9:00 am and it will be in the middle of August.

It's one stop, so about three minutes. Add some time to wait for the monorail, for boarding, disembarking, and walking down the ramps, through bag-check, and to the tapstiles. Probably 15-20 minutes total.
