Just wondering if anyone had requested their annual passholder disney dining expereince card by mail? Instead of calling, I dowloaded the application form for the card from the passholder page and mailed if off to WDW today.

How long should it be before I recevie the card? My next trip to WDW is May 21 so this should be enough time for them to process my application.

i ordered ours over the phone on february 14 and have not received it yet. good luck! :earboy2:

I ordered the DDE card second week of January and have not received it as yet. I used the email confirmation for my February trip and will have to use another email confirmation for my April trip.
I would suggest that you telephone Disney Dining and apply on the telephone, also to cancel the mail in application and to ask for the email confirmation to be able to use it in May.
good luck

The CM told me 6-8 weeks maybe that they were behind in the orders. I received my email within 2 hrs.

::MickeyMo You should definitely call! I ordered mine Jan. 25th and received it last week!

As for ordering it by mail...longer than by phone. I took my card a good 7 weeks to get to me. My card was charged about 10 days before actually receiving the card. You may be cutting it close. Plus, you don't know how long it will take to go through the mail. ::MinnieMo

Thanks for the info. I'll have to see if these are the places we are going to eat.

It took about eight weeks to get our card, ordered via phone in mid-January. If you are concerned about not receiving the card before you leave on your trip, call them again and request a faxed or e-mailed letter that you can use in lieu of the card. That is what they did for us, as we were leaving for WDW only 2 weeks after we ordered our DDE card.

I am a passholder and have not heard of the DDE card. What is it?

You need to visit the passholder website on the the Disneyworld.com site. There are lots of new stuff there.

We ordered ours about 3 weeks ago and it did not arrive in time for our last-minute trip. We used our e-mail confirmation and had no problems. It already paid for itself. I absoultely think it's a great deal. I expect ours in the mail within the next month.

::MickeyMo I'm really glad I ordered mine when I did for our May trip. The card is going to be easier to carry than the piece of paper. What if it gets wet or something? Anywho...it all worked out. ::MinnieMo

Actually the piece of paper was no problem at all to carry and all the CMS knew what it was. I saw other people with them too. We really wanted them for our August trip and plan to use it for the whole two weeks, but were able to squeeze in a short last minute trip. I just wanted people who are leaving soon to not be concerned if their card doesn't come in time. No problems at all.

Have Fun Everyone!!!
