How long to get your tickets?

How long does it take for Universal to sent your tickets? I bought one adult and one child. Requested they be sent to my house. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

I thought that you had to get the kiosk tickets with the online purchases now? Are you sure they are being sent? Did you get a tracking number or anything?

I ordered them via telephone (1-800) I asked that they be sent to my home address. They said ok and gave me a confirmation number. That is all I have.

Which tickets did you order? I thought with the 2 day 2 park (with 3 days free plus free child ticket) you had to do kiosk collection

I ordered a PAP from Universal last Saturday and it arrived on Thursday (all the way to the UK)

I just called the 1-800 number (vacation planning) on the Universal website. The woman I spoke with took credit card info and mailing address. I told her I wanted them shipped home and not picked up at the gate. Ordering them online, would only allow gate pickup ?

The tickets I ordered was 2 day, 2 park bonus 3 day with childs free ticket

I think I would call and give them your confirmation number and ask where they are, who is shipping them and some sort of tracking info. 2 weeks seems a little long (not impossible tho)

Certainly, I thought they were using the will-call option only for these tickets. I would call them and check.

What is this will "Will Call Option" ?

I'm going to call today ands see if they can track. Is there another number other then the 1-800 vacation planning number? This is a call center located near me in Canada. At first this syetem wouldn't even except my Canadian postal code and they are just miles from me! LOL

Will-call is like an electronic ticketing booth near the entrance to the park, put in the card you used to purchase your tickets along with your confirmation number and it prints out your tickets for you
