How long to get to the resort from the airport on DME?

Sorry if this has been asked eight million times, but I just couldn't figure out the best way to phrase it to get my answer.

Anyways, I'm wondering what the average time it takes to get from the airport to the resort using Magic Express. How long did it take you to get from the gate, to the check-in desk at your resort?

My flight arrives into Orlando around 2:00 p.m. Worst case scenerio, what is the latest you think I'd arrive at the Boardwalk?

We went in August. We landed and off the plane at 9:05am
We stayed at the All Star Movies and we were the 4th stop.
We arrived at 10:15 am and was checked in by 10:30 am and the room was ready.

In June we arrived at MCO at 11:55 and we were in the check-in line at BCV at 1:05. At the pool at 1:30 after changing our clothes.
And in Aug we had a pretty similar experience when we went to Pop. So, I would think about 1 hr.15 mins would be a good guesstimate.

Tyler said the average time from landing to arrival at your resort is 70 minutes. Figure 5-10 minutes to get to the DME desk and checkin. No more than a 20 minute wait for a bus, 30 minutes to the first resort and an extra 15 minutes if you're one of the later stops.

Karen my guess would be no later than 3:30, weather related airline delays might be more of an issue.

Thanks, everyone! That's what I was hoping to hear. I made a 5:00 reservation for dinner at Hollywood & Vine for the Fantasmic package, and I figure I'll have to be out of the Boardwalk by 4:30 to walk there.
