How long to get new member info by mail?

We closed on our resale contract 3/9. I'm debating whether to bother trying to get my access info by phone or just wait for the information to come in the mail. What is the average time after closing to when you receive new member info in the mail?

We got our # over the phone 9 days after deed was recorded and I think we got our letter with our # another 8 days or so after that (so 17 days or so from date deed was recorded). I think our closing company/broker had said about 3 weeks was typical.
If you aren't in a hurry to book you could just wait it wasn't that much longer
