How long to get DDE card?

How long after you get your Ap voucher does it take to getthe DDE card in the mail?

After ordering the DDE card, they claim it will take 4-6 weeks to get the permanent card. Our experience in the past has been closer to 2-3 weeks. They also have a temporary card that you can pick up at the Epcot guest relations window if you haven't received the card yet.
