how long to get 2nd/corrected set of ME tags?

ME had DH arrival day and hotel wrong (actually I dont believe they even showed him as arriving!). I called about 10days to correct. Have not heard or seen new tags/info yet. Should I have?

did you call me directly? did they give any indication how long it sould take? you may want to call again to confirm and ask when you can be expecting them...

got our original tags on the 17th (for an 8/28 arrival). i had to call to correct flight information for my friend and her son, who are on a different flight from a different airport from my son and i. called them on the 18th. was told 5-7 business days. got the new tags and info saturday (the 22nd).
