How long on hold with WDW?

Right now it is 7:36 am and I have been on hold for 18 minutes.

I don't even want CRT. Is this normal? Should I hang up and call back or stay on the line?

It is normal for this time of the morning.

I wouldn't wait that long if it's not a really popular spot. By 18 minutes CRT is booked and that's the only thing I've ever held for. I called last night (forgot to make a PS) and got right through.

I have been calling all week making Ps's since sat.
I called this moring around 8am for crystle palce and was put on hold for 5 min I think. I think the morning is not a good idea to call unless you want CRT. I called the other days after 11am for ever thing else. I just wanted to get it done today. I have two more days to call for the rest of my Ps's. I am tired of calling everday already~
I told my Dh I am tired of calling Disney everday and not being there!
Yesterday when I called I got the one of the same ladies and I said Hi this is so so... I spoke with you yesterday she laughed and remebered me because we had a talk about my DS not being consider a child and being a adult.
We laughed alot.

I have called at all different times over the past couple of years (several different trips) and have been unable to discern a pattern (other than busy first thing in the morning, of course). At times, I have gotten right through. I also have waited over 20 minutes.
