How long is the wait for water rides last week of June?

We will be at IOA on Mon June 25, 2012.We are not staying onsite but will arrive early to the gates. I think it said it opens at 8am that day. We have 2 teens and no small kids. We want to see HP section and Super hero Island the most. We also have tickets for Blue man at 6pm that night and need to be there at 5:30 to pick up tickets. My question is, would it be worth wild to bring a change of clothes for the boys to ride the water rides or will we not have time? How long are the lines for them in the afternoon? We will do the other stuff first. Just not sure we will have time to do water rides and don't want to bring a backpack and have to store it we we won't have time. We have never been to IOA.

Thanks for any advice. We can not wait until our trip!!

Late June will be very hot and humid...you can expect a wait time of a minimum of 60 minutes for the water rides...minimum.

Bilge-rat is almost walkon at times in the summer for express, maybe 10 minutes. I've walked on express a few times in the middle of July.

Ripsaw no more than 20 minutes on express, and Jurassic Park is short, too.
