How long is the lineup to see Santa

at Downtown Disney? I would expect it to be at least a couple of hours long. Does anyone know for sure?

We will be there mid Nov. when he first arrives.

If I wanted 2 copies of the photo, would I have to get them to take 2 separate shots or can they make 2 copies from 1 shot?

We were there last year on Nov. 30th and we walked right up, no line at all. It was probably in the middle of the day arond 2:00. They will take a picture, but you can also take pictures with your own camera. that's what we did, because Disney's pictures are quite expensive. Have a great trip.
By the way, you can also talk to Santa and Mrs Claus at Epcot in the U.S. pavillion, but that line was at least 30 minutes. Better luck at Downtown, but the costumes on them in Epcot are beautiful!
