How long..is 6 days enough?

Hi,
Still trying to decide when to go to DLRP and then I was wondering about how long would we actually need/want to get the best out of the parks.
Would 6 days be plenty, that way I could avoid the bulk of a weekend which may get a little too busy for DS.
Any thoughts would be most welcome. We have been before but a few years ago with the other 2 members of the family who only want to go on rides and were never really interested in parades and fireworks, the exact opposite to us.

I think 6 days should be plenty especailly with a little one in tow. Your be able to go at a relaxed pace.
I last went for 5 days and fitted practically everything in except a few things that was closed etc.

I do wish he was still little, believe it or not my DS who loves all things Disney is having this holiday as an 18th buffday treat!! I hope he never grows up.. well I never really did, we leave that to the 2 mad scientists at home.

I wish i had a 18th birthday treat to Disney, instead i had to wait till i was 25

We have done a couple of six day trips and it is plenty of time to do everything ,revisit the things you like and have some relaxing time as well

Thanks for your replies. I had originally been thinking about doing 7 days, but opting for 6 will make a difference in the price. All I need now is for DH to say I can go ahead and book...I can't wait.
This will be a buffday treat for both my son and me.
