How long has standby been for Avatar FoP before noon lately?

You can look up thrill data and it shows all the wait times per day through out the day. Based on there data I would est that it's around 100-120min on average after 9am.

If you will be there at park close.....maybe jump in line right before park close and ride it then. Everything else will be closed anyway but you still get to ride. At the beginning of the day, rather than waiting in line for fop, ride Everest a couple times, Dinosaur, and the Safari.

Yes the wait is still long, but the benefit is that the rest of the park is closed so your not missing out on doing other things while waiting in line. Plus it will be later in the day, so it should be a little cooler and manageable.

Is that the posted wait or actual wait? In our experience, the posted wait is often about 4 times the actual wait later in the evening.

On our last visit, the posted wait at FoP was 70 minutes about a half hour before closing time. Our actual wait was just over 15.

If you are not there around EE RD, expect 90 minutes plus.
If you are not there at EE (early) then near park close is your best bet.
