We're expected to land at 11:25am. Staying at Villas at the Grand Floridian and will head over to MK after checking in. Thoughts on approximate time we'd likely arrive at MK? Thanks!

Assuming you are taking the Magical Express bus to the GF, I would estimate anywhere from 60 - 90 minutes depending on how long it takes to board the bus and any stops along the way (the last time we took the bus to the GF, we were the first stop). Check-in is a breeze assuming you checked in online, this should take no more than 5 minutes. Then a short walk to the monorail platform and my guess would be at MK by 12:30pm - 1pm?

Usually, it takes about 5- 10 min. after landing to taxi to the gate. After that, depending on how long it takes you to get off the plane, you could be to the magical express in 10 - 15 min. then it depends on how long you will wait for the Magical Express to arrive. if everything goes well, you could probably be to the MK at 1 - 1:30. We usually stay at the Villas at the Grand Floridian and try to go to MK every time we go. The best time we have ever been able to make is a 1:30pm landing and we got to MK at 2:50 but we rushed over to the Magical Express and the bus was already there and about to leave.

Thank you! Our first FP+ window is 2-3pm so it sounds like we'll be ok unless we have travel delays.

In November we landed at MCO at 9:30. We took ME to Yacht Club and checked in - we were done checking in and leaving our carry-ons with bell services by 11:30ish. We hopped the first bus to MK,around 11:40, and arrived at MK guest relations to activate our AFS tickets by 12:00. We were checking into BOG with our FP+ reservation at 12:30.

Hmm...I'm thinking maybe I should move that first FP+ later in the day. I guess we'll have to eat lunch somewhere in there, too :teleport:

We land at 8:35 pm and I have Fastpasses fir wishes, so we'll see how that goes. Wife will already be at the hotel, we're taking a taxi, and no checked luggage. I'm hoping that we'll make it.

If u can move the fast pass to later I would. Your room might be ready when u arrive or have lunch settle in then head to park...
Otherwise u will hit the road running.... Maybe a turkey leg on the way lol.... Never did have one of those .
Happy planning

If you can move that FP, I sure would do it. I have been in a park anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3.5 hours from the time we land in MCO. It all depends on how long you have to wait on a ME bus, how many stops before yours, how long check-in takes, how long you have to wait on a bus to the park and what the line looks like when you get there. A lot of variables.

We figure about 3 hours from flight arrival time until we can be in a park.

If you really rush it, 2pm is possible but that may be close. 3pm I would say would be perfect.

I would give it at least 3 hours. Sometimes you have to wait on the ME and if your like us everyone has to use the bathroom and then we are hungry lol.

We usually land around 12noon and hit the park by 3pm or 4pm.
Last time we didn't land until 3pm so we stayed and enjoyed our resort.

Thanks everyone! I shifted everything back so we have a 3pm, 4:15, and 5:25. Tis way we have a little extra time in case of a small delay, lunch, etc...everything takes longer with 3 kiddos, and I won't be as worried we'll miss something. After reading about FP+ for so long, I can't believe how easy it is to change things around! So excited!
