How long from Disney Care centre and AS movies

We have a car rental that we are picking up from Alamo at MCO but dropping of at the care centre as I prefer to take ME on our departure day. Can anyone inlighten me as how early should I go and bring the minivan considering that we have to pick up ME at As Movies around 12:30pm? Do they offer a shuttle back of would I be better off simply pay for a cab to get back?
