How long for 1900 Park breakfast?

My DD loves Mary Poppins so on a whim I just booked a 10:20 breakfast at 1900 Park Fair for our check out day.

We are staying offsite, so thinking we will pack that morning and I'm wondering if we could do 1900 for breakfast before going to the airport. Our flight leaves at 2 so we should be there by 12.

Wondering if this would be possible with a 10:20 ADR?
How long does it usually take? I'm thinking if we are done by 11:30 we should be good, but not sure if that is possible.
Do they usually run late with seating?

60-90 minutes, assuming you are seated on time. It's the whole "on-time" that's a challenge, yes.
