How long does it take to...

I wanted to try a few signature restraurants on my next trip, but I was wondering how long the meal would take. I've been thinking about Cali Grill, Flying Fish, Jiko, and Artist Point. An app. time from when you get seated to when you get the check would be great.Thank 4 all your help.

When eating at a "high end" restaurant we prefer to not be rushed, but rather to enjoy the experience.
I believe most TS - whether signature or not, take about 90 minutes. For us, we take our time and a Signature restaurant may be 120 minutes or even more. We love it.
If you are in a hurry, these may be a waste for you JMHO.

Our times have been 90-250 minutes depending on the service. We are never in a rush as the whole point of the signatures is to relax. Also I should point out that on our most recent trip 2 weeks ago, we had a 50 minute wait past our ADR time to get our table at Ca Grill so that meal extended to 3 hours total if you include the hour we waited to be seated. Others on the dis have complained about long wait times there also.

We always count on 3 hours for CA Grill. We usually sit in the bar and have a drink while waiting for our table to be ready. If you want to have a 2 hour meal, make reservations early in the evening. We personally enjoy taking a while at those meals. It gives us time to chat and enjoy the surroundings.
