how long does it take to get the Mypoints webcertificate

How long did it take to get yours? I redeemed points about 10 days ago. Mypoints said that webcertificate should be getting in touch with me. Webcertificate says they don't have an account for me? Is it still in transmission or something?

I requested my webcertificate from Mypoints on 4/3 and received the confimation email to activate my new webcert account on 4/15.
