How long does it take to actually sit down and eat at a PS WDW restaurant?

What time do u schedule lunch and dinner??

You get the next available seats available when you have a PS.

It all depend on what you want to see I usually eat around everything like dinner around 6 and lunch at 1 breakfast early morning.

We don't consider it cutting into our park touring time as the great restaurants are one of our favorite things!

I know what time we are generally ready to take a break and plan the PS accordingly. Most of the time you don't have to wait more than 15 min past your PS time, if you have to wait at all. It just depends on the time of day and the place.

We try to be there 15 early. sometimes they will take you on in.

Depending on what restaurant and whether or not you are ordering appetizers I would say 1 1/2 to 2 hours total. You may get out in an hour without appetizers. Well worth it for an excellent meal. Too long for a bad one. We enjoy dining at WDW so we eat at as many restaurants as we can!! We never feel like we are missing out while dining. WDW is huge, you gotta take a break, so why not enjoy some fine dining while taking that break!!

I agree with previous posters. We usually have hardly any wait at all to get a table. My advice would be to make your ps's in the off hours. For example...lunch at 11:00 or 1:00. You get the picture. I always do that and never have a hard time getting seated.
